"There is nothing more synonymous with the Battle of Britain than the sight and sound of a Spitfire and we were privileged to have OFMC come and display for us. You arrived absolutely bang on time and the display that followed was sublime. The comments I have received from fellow Officers and aircrew are of absolute admiration for the way in which the aircraft was so skilfully displayed.
The display set the tone of the evening perfectly and was the talking point throughout. A more critical audience I'm sure you'd struggle to find and it is a testament to your pilot's skill and handling that even the oldest and boldest pilots were in awe!
