Flying their remarkably fast Vans RV-8s with powerful smoke systems, the RV-8tors perform an exciting
and memorable display. Over 6,000 of these affordable homebuilt
aircraft are flying worldwide and they are now the most popular
kit-built aircraft ever made.
Combining close formation
aerobatics with speeds up to 230 mph, the display makes large
manoeuvres that fill the sky and leave big smoke trails. The pilots
are Alister Kay, who has been a display pilot for 25 years and Andy
Hill, a well known formation instructor, RV test pilot and an ex RAF
Harrier QFI.
The RV-8tors provide a "BIG" display that is professional, enjoyable, yet very cost effective

THE MATADORS
The Matadors are one of the Uniteed Kingdom's most dynamic aerobatic teams, featuring top British pilots:
Paul Bonhomme and Steve Jones.

The two pilots fly their planes
in a variety of formation patterns. The display also includes some
extreme manoeuvres including the crossovers, where Paul and Steve
fly towards each other at a combined speed of 400mph.
The team began in 1994 as The Sukhoi Duo and was created with the aim of showcasing the Sukhoi
aircraft as a truly spectacular demonstrator of both unlimited and
formation aerobatics. They have performed all over the UK and
Europe, and have toured China and Japan and the Middle East in the
FAI World Grand Prix series: an aerobatic competition with solo and
formation categories. The Matadors have scooped three gold and two
silver medals in the formation category, including a Gold medal at
the 2004 World Grand Prix in Al Ain, UAE.
The Matadors are available to fly
either with a single aircraft or as a team of two, aiming to provide
a spectacular demonstration of unlimited aerobatics to be enjoyed by
aviation experts and first time spectators alike. The aircraft are
available nationwide at airshows, village events, garden parties and
weddings.
